1. My goals for this month are to stay on track with the new workout plan my sister gave me, cook more at home (healthy of course) and make enough to take to work the next day, stay within my new budget I worked up.

2. Yes, I feel that these changes will put a positive spin for my life.

3. When I see myself changing (body, finances) this encourages me.

4. When I fall off the plan, don't make it to the gym, or spend my money in a reckless manner this discourages me.

Between computer problems, vacation, and home remodeling, I haven't been posting much this summer but things should be quiet for the next few weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing the scale move downward again!

1. What are your goals for this month?
get back to regular exercise & daily 96oz water & daily postings here

2. Are you moving in a positive direction with your new lifestyle choice?
journaling in a notebook (I tried to keep one online and it doesn't work for me)

3. What motivates you?
smaller clothes sizes, airline & theater seats, supportive family

4. What discourages you?
having regained weight lost

Stats (if you like)--> Beginning weight 265 (22 June /05), current weight 208, goal weight 145 by May /06

-->To get below 200.

2. Are you moving in a positive direction with your new lifestyle choice?

--> YES!

3. What motivates you?

--> Stepping on the scale and seeing it go down, AND noticing that my clothes are too big

4. What discourages you?

--> Stress, then all the old, bad thought processes come flooding back.
