Despite throwing my back out at work last Friday night and being in excrutiating pain over the weekend, I have managed to continue my walking program :)
Yesterday evening I went to the gym and went 1.10 miles in twenty minutes (only got to 1 mile last week within that time), leg weight machines, and finally 30 mins on the elliptical. I was dissapointed that I didn't lose any weight, but atleast I maintained. I know that is a result of making some poor eating decisions last weekend.
