Okay....so I have kept my own journal on what I've been eating on fitday, but I haven't posted it here since Wednesday. I really did good until Friday, when I decided to have a "few drinks" with friends. Atleast I didn't binge on food after that though :) But, today....ggggrrrrr I had fast food...mexi-dips and chips and then 6 slices of deep dish pepperoni pizza with several glasses of dr. pepper. Weekends are so challenging for me. When I'm on the go I do better, but today I was home most of the day and ordered that DANG PIZZA.
I did workout at the gym on Thursday and Friday (it seemed harder for some reason, like I didn't have the energy). I missed Saturday's workout though.
Tomorrow is another day! I will go to the gym tomorrow, eat healthy, and post my journal starting again tomorrow. I'm scared to weigh tomorrow.

sounds like me.. my willpower always seems to dissolve over the weekend. I can do great as long as I'm at work, but as soon as the weekend is here, we go to my parents, inlaws, friends, and all the hardwork is ruined. I can't offer much help here, I'm just saying: you're not alone. Would love to hear some suggestions on how to cope with this.

I agree - weekends are the worst for me.
I ate a piece of Chocolate Cake today!!! I agree Weekends are defnitely tough!! We went to Golden Corral after church....I ate so on track until I saw that piece of Chocolate Cake. Now I feel like I have to walk a couple of miles to get rid of it!! I have been doing so good, but I vow to get right back on the horse and not fall off like I usually do!!

I know how you feel, Barbara...I totally ruined this weekend. I ate 5 or 6 pieces of pizza, a big slab of ice cream cake and part of a chocolate bar...I hope you feel better...don't get too upset...no guilt and pick up where you left off (((((hugs)))))
