I did WATP 1 miler....now of course, I could have done more but who wants to over-exert themselves and its just this kind of attitude that keeps me in trouble!
Oh you better believe I'm going to the gym to work off the damage I did last night! I think I might try kick boxing or maybe just the normal Tuesday night class for me, step and tone aerobics. If I try the kick boxing I will let you know how it turns out. Hopefully I won't kick or punch my neighbor by accident...hehe
Shawna, the things I enjoy about aerobics is that it breaks up the boringness (is that a word??) of the treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weight machines etc. Also, it really keeps me on track....no time to slow down...keep going...so I know that I had a kick butt workout when I'm done. Woooo Hoooo....this makes me want to go right now. Well...I guess I'll stay at work and finish my work day, lol.
