Can anyone give me some suggestions....I feel tired most of the time...actually since last Thursday. It is strange because sometimes I've got tons of energy and then there a days I struggle with trying to stay awake at work or during my commute. What's up with this? I am taking a multi-vitamin and getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night. For the most part I eat healthy and exercise. So whats going on with me? All I desire is to SLEEP at all cost.

Okay, on another note:

HOW ARE YOU'LL DOING TODAY?

WHAT DO YOU HAVE PLANNED FOR DINNER? I will be making tilipia fish (never made this before so any recipe ideas or hints are welcomed) w/ veggies or a salad.

I WILL GO TO THE GYM TONIGHT! I WILL GO TO THE GYM TONIGHT! I WILL GO TO THE GYM TONIGHT! Sorry, just a little chanting to encourage myself..hehe

Have a great night!

This is a light fish so a simple way to prepare it is to wrap it tightly in foil packet sprayed with olive oil spray. You can add a couple of lemon slices (or lemon juice) with salt, pepper, and garlic, (onions if you like them are good, too) and bake for 20-25 min @ 425 degrees. If you want a little more flavor use cajun spices instead of lemon and garlic. You can broil this fish but it falls apart easily. Enjoy! LK

Are you eating enough or exercising more than normal? Maybe your body is worn down for some reason and you just need to take it easy for a few days. Since this is fairly new , I would give it a few weeks and then give my Dr. a call.

We had Spag and broc for dinner. Not very interesting, but it is the end of the week and I am running low of food. I have been doing great food wise, but I have yet to exercise for the day. I had the tape in and was doing my walk away the pounds when I got a phone call from a lady from church wanting to drop by for a visit. I had just enough time to pick up the house and put on some decent clothes. This afternoon I helped my dd learn to ride a two wheeler. All that running had to count for something.

have a great evening. sharla

Thanks LK, Shawna, and Kerstin! I appreciate the advice!

LK, I ended up stopping by my friends house and having a "tea party" with her adorable 2 year old (my sunshine). But, I will definitely try that recipe this week, it sounds yummy :) My friend had made a pot roast w/ carrots and potato's so I had that minus the potato's.

Shawna, Congrats on your BA.....woooo hooooo, you go girl! Hey, shrimp skewers sound delicious!

Kerstin, I hope that in the next few days you will feel that motivation come on strong again! I believe there is a "perfect balance" to dieting/exercise, which is hard to find sometimes...but you will find your groove again. It's like you can't obsess too much about it and you can't be to easy on it either because then its like you don't see changes. If anything maybe just focus on the fact that you have made a healthier lifestyle for yourself and your worth it! It is impossible to be perfect....I have to remind myself of this every day. I hope you get to do some water aerobics...which you can take some time in the hot tub and or sauna to RELAX ;-)

Actually I have had my thyroid checked several times because this has been the way I've been for a long long time. Even as a child my mom said I slept alot. Maybe I will get the diabetic thing checked out.

I hope you'll have a great night and make great decisions...now I'm off to my closet to find my motivational outfit then to the gym.

Maybe that is my problem...my body is in shock??? I think I will schedule a dr. appt. soon just to check on things.

Sounds like you definitely burned some calories yesterday. Have you seen where you can calculate that on ivillage? Try it out!

Thanks again :) Have a great day!
