I'm working on my 96oz today. I think that water helps in keeping the body clean from the inside. I know I feel better when I drink lots of water. Some folks say it helps with appetite suppressing but not for me. I've always been a water drinker (no soda, milk, or juice for me, thanks) so it hasn't been hard to up the daily amount. But, yeah, I still visit the bathroom often! LK

I know it takes the body some time to get used to increased water intake...how long until the constant urge to pee goes away? :)
How many oz should I aim for?
It has never gone away for me....but others say it does get better.
Hmm I dont know.
