I thought WATP was walk around the park.....hehe....oops!
Okay, tonight I will be at the gym doing my normal routine...1 mile on the treadmill, 2 miles on the elliptical, and leg weight machines.
I need to change up my routine next week because this is either my 3rd or 4th week.
I was soooo proud of myself last night...I went walking and it was my day off from exercising....woooo hoooo! I walked about 1.25 miles in the country (hills) and even took off jogging for 2 mins (I want to increase this by 1 min a day). It is easier for me to jog out there because only the trees and plants can see me flopping around vs the other women at the gym...lol
