I have been doing really good with moderating my portions at meal times, and eating a small snack in between, etc. I know carbs are my down-fall, so I pay special attention to making sure I eat ONLY one potato instead of 3. I'm not doing any low-carb sort of stuff, but I know my intake is much less than before. Anyway, I'm SOOOOOOOO tired all the time, and I'm up at night in the bathroom every hour (which further compounds my fatigue). I have been taking multi-vitamins to help myself out as well. I just wonder is this something that's going to work itself out soon, or is there something I'm doing wrong? It's just strange how all this starting happening at the same time. Thanks. ~Tasha

I think it takes atleast 2 weeks for your body to adapt to a new diet/exercise. But, I understand your frustration....I feel sleepy all the time as well. I don't have the bathroom issues though. I asked the same question about being tired and they suggested I go see a doctor because it could be a thyroid or diabetes issue.

I'm going to make an appt. ASAP because this is driving me crazy...I just feel like I'm in a sleepy cloud all the time. Now, I don't actually sleep....but I wish I could, lol.

Well if you are cutting down on your carbs then you could be going through a sort of withdrawal and that should clear up.

LOL! Just peeing. I did better last night, so maybe I'm on my way to recovery. I haven't started exercising yet, but when I do it will be in the morning. Thanks for the replies. ~Tasha
