1. Okay ladies....what are you'll having for dinner tonight?
2. Have you'll gotten in your water and exercise?
3. How was your day? Anyone need to vent?
-I'll be having grilled chicken and steamed veggies for dinner (I'm getting burned out on this though, lol).
-So far I have 60oz of water, I will have another 24oz at the gym and another glass of water w/ dinner. I will be going to my step and tone aerobics tonight.
-I vented earlier underneath the fall challenge.
