My favorite healthy snacks are:
1 oz extra sharp cheddar diced up with cherry tomatoes (150 cal/12 g fat)
South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cereal bar w/ 1 C skim milk (240 cal/5 g fat)

For new stuff.....my new treat is Bunny Lite ice cream in a sugar cone/bowl with a little drizzle of caramel.
This is not very original, but it's my favorite. FF yogurt w/fruit (not whole fruit, fruit inside the yogurt). It's around 150 calories and satisfies my sweat tooth.
94% popcorn is also great when the urge for crunching in front of TV hits.

Dannon light & fit w/fiber yogurt - I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet so these are great. 4 oz, 70 calories, and is partly sweetened with splenda (about 8 g sugar), but not enough to get that icky fake sweetener flavor. Comes in apple, peach and strawberry...I love them all. This is my usual mid-morning snack.
Luna bars - They have 100% of lots of vitamins, a few grams of fiber, lots of soy protein, and come in a bunch of yummy flavors. I buy them on drugstore.com in boxes of 15 for around $16 a box. They are also sold at a lot of retail stores (target, etc.) This is my usual mid-afternoon snack.
Kashi GoLean crunch cereal - This stuff is really crunchy so I usually like it with milk. Has lots of fiber and protein, so that's mainly why I eat it. Its yummy too for a healthy cereal.
When they are in season, I also love clementines. Although I have to watch myself because the sugar and calories add up!
