Yeah I know changing diet plans constantly is not going to help if I'm not in it in the first place.

I did it about 10 years ago. I lost weight, but I had to quit because it was so expensive. There are a lot of hidden costs. They said that you would only spend x amount on food, but you still had to buy other stuff like fruits and veggies. It really added up and I didn't have much money at the time. After so long you gradually started cooking your own food. sharla

A friend of mine did it a few years ago - she lost 70 pounds and kept it off. She loved the convenience because she could afford the pre-packaged foods, and hated cooking. She found that when she prepares her own meals she snacks and nibbles a lot more - this was pretty cut-and-dried. I DON'T think it would work for me ...I suspect that I might lose weight on it, but would never really "learn" anything and would go right back to square one. But, if it sounds like your "thing", I think it can work well!

My mom got it for me as a kid, and although I lost, she took me off because of the cost.

Now, I think I wouldn't go back because I need to change the way I prepare food for myself as I can't eat prepackaged foods forever.

Well, that, plus I'm a cheap-o. ;-)

That was my thought too, yeah I'd be getting the food and wouldn't have to do much planning myself, but how would that help me in the long run?
