I want to be down to 230 by 10/1/05. I also want to stay OP EVERY DAY.

I didn't make any, because I slacked off a bunch, but I did finally get back on track on August 31st :).
3. How about today? What do you have planned just for today?
I plan to eat my healthy foods all day, drink at least 100 oz of water, and to NOT eat the pizza that they are providing for us in the breakroom today. I already voiced out loud that I would not be participating, so hopefully that will help me stick with my goal.

This month I am starting back with a weight loss buddy (my sister Melody)- journaling food and exercise. (I just dont do well unless I am at least lurking here!)
Last month I was not following any program and didnt make goals.
I am going to drink 6-8 glasses of water and journal my food. Walk for 15 minutes.
I have on "whities" and feeling very silly as I had to check that LOL!!! (you think you could remember from this morning Ha! )

Continue cardio 6 days a week, start weight training 3 days a week. Lost 2 lbs a week.

Didn’t really make any since I just started at the end of August, but I did lose 3 lbs my first week!

Already did 35 minutes of cardio this morning, will do weights tonight. otherwise just relaxing with the husband and cats.

Yeah, I'm lame. I don't know what I weigh because at Curves they're hiding my weight from me to keep me from diving into a chocolate and McDonald's depression.... which sounds fun at first, but.... Damn it, I miss french fries! Damn you, McDonald's! DAMN YOOOUUU!!! (shakes fist at sky with painful vigor)
Do you think they deep fry their fries in oils derived from the Cocaine leaf? Hey, Coca-cola used to have, well, COKE in it, you know; hence the name. It's not THAT far-fetched an idea, is it?
Anyway, here are the answers to your questions:
1. I'd love to hear from Curves that I lost 10 or more pounds. I think that would make me REALLY happy. My main goal is to go every other day, and at home work out on my bike twice a week (they recommended to me doing something at home aerobic, but definitely not anerobic) as muscles would never have time to heal).
2. In a way, yes. My goal was to join a gym, and try to start eating better. I told myself no more starvation dieting, or working out until I had blisters. No pills, no vomiting, and no laxatives (I had severe issues as a teen). I've been good about not going overboard, and i hope it lasts.
3. I planned to go to Curves, and I did! I also planned to begin my 24ounces/24hours dairy plan (I need milk, anyway), so we'll see how it goes. I'm gonna have some Jasmine rice, some broccoli (spelling?), and a pork chop (I know, I know!) for dinner.
4. It was beige before going to Curves, and striped afterwards. :)

>>> Yep! My goal was to loose weight, ANY weight. And I ended up with 15lbs. Pretty good huh?

>>> I'm going to get my hair done. And while I'm at it, my eyebrows and maybe a pedicure.

>>> Funny you asked this. It's dark blue and *ehem* not mine (I ran out of clean underwear this morning and its the first time this year)
