1. What is your goal for this month? Hmmm.....I'm thinking just to get to 189....and work out more now that the kids are back in school.
2. Did you make and or meet any goals for August? Yeah, I met my goals....I got started back working out....after taking 3 months off for surgery....that wasn't easy.
3. How about today? What do you have planned just for today? I am waiting for gym clothes, therefore I did laundry...and dishes....going to the gym....and doing housework or yardwork.
4. And finally, what color underwear do you have on today? ;-) I have pink little boy cut undies with a little black kitty on them...that says "Bad Kitty"

I didn't set any goals but for Sept I am getting back into Curves and watch my sugar intake.
Today I am going to do some housework, as soon as Dh goes away, LOL. And I am going to paint the trim around our windows. We have been working on our house for months.

Nope, I was supposed to do Curves, water and actually lose weight/tone. :(

plan wise ? I need to start over and I think I'll focus on water/sleeping at night

pink - but only cause they were the first ones I saw. The rest are all white.

To keep eating right (and no messing up when PMS strikes), and to start exercising 30 minutes 3x/week.

Nope, I didn't get to 250 by then...those strange weight fluctuations.

Study, and not attack the fridge.
