I am going to give fitday a try. it looks promising and its free :) (cross fingers and prey) looks pretty easy. I already added my 2 cups of coffee. We will see if I stick with it!! I believe my calorie intake to lose is between 1400 and 1800 and im 338lbs. During my last pregnancy the nutritionist said I needed 2300 to 2400 just to maintain my weight of 330. I read somewhere though that we shouldn't go below 1200 unless told to by a doctor. Don't want anyone getting sick now :)
