Does anyone else have a problem with family members using up your diet food? It's beginning to really irritate me! There are so many things in this house that I CAN'T eat on my plan, so why do they go for "my" stuff? Specifically right now I just went into the fridge to get my last piece of my "apple cake", which I've been looking foward to having with a newspaper and a cup of tea all morning. Of course, it's gone. Naturally, I don't have to worry about them taking the crappy tasting store-bought stuff, LOL! Just my special home-made treats. Maybe I need to booby-trap my stuff!

down 23.5 pounds!
315/191.5/275 (for now).

Sometimes I have to deal with that, but most of my food is safe because it stays at work most days of the week and even when it's not, there's only Neil to eat it. I do have a problem with his friends drinking my "sugar free" Kool-Aid that I keep on hand. My biggest problem is that I will get myself a portion controlled snack, and Neil will eat half of it! My mom used to threaten me and my brother with almost certain death if we ate her special "diet" foods, and that kept us away! LOL. My best suggestion would be to hide it in non see through tupperware. You could even sit some veggies on top or something so no one gets into it. I also store most of my "special" foods in one of the vegetable crispers, and amazingly, no one goes in there!

Good luck with your little thieves!

There are things that I just cannot keep anywhere in sight, otherwise they'll be gone in a day or two.My youngest has even learned that using a chair can get him to the high places where all the *good stuff*(meaning healthy and unhealthy)is.I haven't bought the Nabisco 100 calorie packs in a while now because they aren't worth spending the money on since they don't even last a day with my kids.

I have that problem too!

On The Zone diet I need to balance the meals. When I cooked chicken breasts for dinner I would cook extra and put them away for my breakfasts. I would have chicken one morning
