While me and my MIL were hosting a weight loss group we tried something that at times actually worked!! We got a small notebook something you could carry with you. We had everyone list 100 reasons I am loosing weight. That in itself was hard or so we thought but everyone was able to do it and there was no reapeating!! Now once you have it you take it with you in your purse or pocket at all times and when you start to think I cant do this... you look at a reason you have to do this. I used it everytime we would go out to dinner when my hubby asked if I wanted to get an appitizer and it worked. I would say no. Maybe this would help everyone to stay accountable to themselves. I know the ladies in the group found it extreamly helpful when they started to falter. Sooooo I thought maybe everyone here could give it a try!! I am going to use it again. I stoped when I got preggo but now I know I could use it! Hope this helps!!

We had some of my MIL's friends from church come over. Now that she moved back to Texas no one is doing anything kinda sucks. But they were her friends :( I miss the meetings. Hope I helped!!

hmmm.. I think I'll try that notebook thing. Would have been handy as a reminder this weekend. I'll start writing and tell you if it works.

Hey thats what I thought but then bam I had hit 112! I just added things everyday when I thought of them. I'm going to do it again. I think it helped. Too bad with us packing for the move to our first 100% ours home I cant find the one I had.
