In a perfect world it would be a combination of both. I chose the first one cuz it's more doable for me.

I think best is a combination of both too........but I agree that eating right is the answer.

I said the second one because I often think exercise and activity gets looked over.

I have to say it is eating right. I watched the trainers at my gym for a while, which brought me to this conclusion.


One is overweight. She works out at least two days a week besides the two classes that she trains. She is no slacker when it comes to exercise. But when she talks about food intake, even though she knows what is right, she doesn't always choose what is right. Just like the rest of us!


Another is a distant runner. She works out daily, but only modifies her diet when she is training for a run. She is super skinny by nature and only puts on visible muscle

I voted exercise and an active lifestyle,but I think a combo of the two make the best results.I can lose watching my diet alone,but I show better results when I exercise.
