I would like to know how many of you exercise and how much and what do you do and how many days a week thanks for all the input.

Once a week for 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Trying to make it twice, but can hardly find anytime left in the day.

I do the informal stuff: park far away, walk as much as I can, clean around the house, active playing with my son instead of couch potato in front of the TV, etc

I try to do 40 minutes of cardio at least 3-4 times a week, such as walk the inside of the mall, get on my ellipitical, or tae bo. But i do pilates about everyday. It is not so much as a work out as a stress reliever...i mean, it is absolutely a work out but it energizes me and relieves all the tension of the day. I do cardio in the morning and pilates in the evening. The pilates is my 30 minutes or so of "me time". I really look forward to it. I dont look so forward to the cardio, i just dont enjoy it like i do the pilates.

I try to walk a mile a day(except weekends),and I try to get in either pilates or yoga twice a week added with the walking,which is another 30 minutes.
