Ok, its Sunday and I'm going for the "zone" as you guys are saying :) I am walking in a little while and i already had a healthy breakfast. REally wanted some munchkins, but I fought the urge lol

Another word of advice...make fiber you best friend. Fiber keeps you fuller SO much longer than those empty calories. The higher the fiber the better, especially when you are in the beginning phase and feel like you will starve to death, ha ha.
