Feeling sluggish

I'm feeling kinda down and sluggish this morning. So if this post sounds too deperessing, I apologize. All I want to do is crawl into bed and under the covers. Maybe stay there for a year or two. I think I'm going to have to break down and tell my husband what I'm up to, because I could really use to go to a Weight Watchers meeting today. Just my luck, my town has one meeting time a week, and it happens to be tonight at 5:30. But if I want to go, I need him to take me there and back because I don't want to be out by myself after dark. Besides, I don't think not telling him is working anyway. All that is accomplishing is removing some accountability from me. I mean, he doesn't know what I'm up to anyway, so do I really want to eat a bowl of mini wheats when he's eating a breakfast croissant?
And by sleeping all the time, I don't get any excercise in. Which I think is making me more tired. Its an awful cycle. The more I eat, the more I get sleepy. The more I sleep, the less I excercise. The less I excercise, the more sluggish I feel. The more sluggish I feel, the more I get depressed and then the more I eat. Grrr! Where's my magic wand so I can just go "POOF!" and be skinny. Anybody seen it lying around here?

Yep there is. Get up now and get active. Do any kind of exercise you can. Even if it is not something formal. Go clean a room or something. Just break the cycle. NOW!

Katherine,
Hi Katherine. I'm new so I don't have a lot of advice. I just hope you're feeling better. I totally understand how you're feeling. Especially about the telling your husband. Some husbands aren't as supportive as they could be. My husband is 6'2" and weighs about 150 lbs. He's always been thin. He eats whatever he wants whenever he wants. I am 5'8" and weigh 260 and have struggled with my weight my entire life. There is no way he could possibly understand what I'm going through. I try not to let him know when I diet because I don't want any comments from him. I hate when you're trying to diet so hard and someone has a smart remark.
Anyway, wishing you the best, sorry to go on. I suffer from motor mouth through the keyboard alot!
So? Did you tell your husband? Did you go to weight watchers?? Can you tell I'm in a snoopy mood today?

I hate it when people in general do that to me....."that on your list of things you can eat?"; No...let me show you my list of things people say to me that will allow me pop them in the mouth list!"
