Alright ladies, we've got quite a few newbies on board, so let's give em some of our best tips to staying motivated, keeping our engines going, revving up that weight loss.........What do you do?

Great post!
1. Coming to the board to read and post
2. Seeing that I am making progress. No matter how small it is. Even a 1 pound drop is great. At the end I look at the numbers and bam I lost almost 30 lbs. I could've quit a long time ago but where would that put me? 30 pounds or more than I am today. So yes, small progress does add up.
3. Clothes getting bigger and people telling me I look better.
Edited to say: this may sound stupid, but it is really nice to keep me going:
4. I put a smile on my calender each day I follow my plan. I put a shiny sticker when I excercise. It is really nice to look at the calender and find a bunch of smiley's smling back at you.
