I was thinking about starting a Thanksgiving a support group. The average person eats about 3,000 on Thanksgiving and moves very little. It's the start of the holiday season; during those 35 days, the average peson gains at least one pound that sticks with them for the rest of the year.
If people are into it, I will post weight maintenance strategies for the holiday season. For most people it's a victory if they don't gain let alone lose during this timeframe!
What do you think? Something you're interested in doing?
I've posted this down below in my area as well, which is where I would post the tips and strategies. If you don't want to do it, that's cool. Just something I was thinking about and we'll be doing on the fit by friday board anyway.

I'll be very interested in this. Holidays is always a disaster for me. And it's the whole month for me, not just Christmas day LOL.
And Liz, they removed the folder a while back, so maybe post in our hints & tips section?
