hi all i am missy. today i am starting my new diet. i am going to eat 3 meals a day. no bread pasta or potatoes. no sugar. only meat and veggies and stuff that is good for me. i am going to write down everything i eat. i am going to drink only water. my goal is to lose 100 pounds. well here we go.

Hello missy and welcome. Congratulations on a good start. Remember not to give up and always pick up where you left off. If you strayed a bit, get back on track as soon as possible. Don't say "I already messed up the day" and continue messing up.
Remember that cutting all carbs and sugar could be overwhelming at the beginning. Do the best you can and keep posting.
