What motivates you to excercise?

What motivates me to excercise-right now its really hard, but I keep thinking about a pair of diesel blue jeans bought at a normal store.

I like pushing myself until I'm light-headed, and feeling loopy and loose like jello. I also enjoy knowing that with every work-out, and a healthy day of dieting, I'm 1/4 to 1/2 a pound down! I don't know how I figured that out, but I did. It makes you want to move more and more.

I really lack motivation for exercise. I know that it will accelerate weight loss and tone up my body. But I really haven't found this one thing that clicks.
But I should follow what I did with dieting. I wasn't motivated to change my diet, but I followed this rule: "Motivation doesn't matter. Think consistency and not motivation. Once you start seeing results, motivation will kick in". It worked with the diet. Now I need to drag my butt and force myself to exercise.

I got a Fredericks of Hollywood catalog and picked out one of the sexiest dresses. I'm going on a cruise next fall, and I'm wearing that dress!!! I've promised myself that if I lose 20lbs by the end of December I'm gonna go ahead and buy it. I carry that catalog along with me everywhere so I'll always have the picture to look at.
Oh, and I went to virtualmodel.com and made a model of me in the future. I look pretty good!!!! Looking at that also motivates me. It's great.

right now?
it's the fact that my bf said i'm getting "fluffier".... i didn't believe him, but when i weighed myself, i HAD gained 12 lbs back. :( so that's motivated me to get back in a regular exercise routine.
i gotta admit i kinda let my routine slide since i realized just how much i dislike my current job. i come home exhausted, emotionally and physically. so, i need to change that too.

Oh, to fit into a size 12 again!!! That's a good one that keeps me coming back to trying again.
