New Here And Just Was Wondering...

Hello everyone, I was just wondering since it is officially the holiday season what is everyone going to make for christmas? I have a special kind of diet I have been on for six months and this will be my first christmas eating extremely healthy foods. I am thinking of a plain cooked turkey with spices and herbs (no salt), no ham this year and probably next year too. Anyway if anyone has more ideas for me that would be great.
I also have a website i created so check it out.

Thanks!!

Hey there. Welcome to the group. You've really lost a lot of weight, congratulations. As for the Holidays, eh - who knows? I just eat a little bit of whatever is around. I'm under a new philosophy of thinking about food as little as possible. It's much easier to keep away from food if you're not thinking about it. I don't pre-plan anything now, just eat small portions a couple times a day. I've not gotten hungry or gone without yet, so it seems to work pretty good :) For me anyway. I'm sure there are people here who are expected to cook for their families, not sure how I would deal with that. Good luck and keep going.

How long did it take you to lose all of that weight

It took me about almost six months. I am proud to still be on my diet.
