How about we start a small exercise challenge? Just for a month to boost our weight loss before the new year. I need some motivation to start (yet again) a serious exercise routine.
How about this: we post our goals for exercise for the next month and we can hold each other accountable. So, anybody interested?

I'm up for that, I definitely need it as I've been slacking in the exercise dept lately!!
Here are my goals:
Go to Curves 3 times a week.
Run/walk a minimum of 3 times a week. Increase the length of time I can run.
Do Core Secrets 2-3 times a week.

My goal (blush) is to walk 1/2 mile with Walk Away the Pounds each day this week. Started today.
Then next week walk a mile...and so on and so on..

We've got a lot of company!! Great!!
And here's my goal (double blush):
Exercise on the stationary bike for 3 times a week (30 minutes session) setting 2
After 2 weeks:
Add 2 strength training sessions per week.
When shall we start? We can start next Monday (you know to start at the beginning of the week), but you know what? Since we're motivated enough, lets start TODAY. So we have 1/2 a week head start.
