Hi, I have been yo-yo dieting for years and I am tired of it.

Hey Alisha. If you're really ready to lose weight, take a while and really think about your weight and how you got there. Think about what you consider a "normal" weight and the benefits of being there. Really let it sink in that you're not where you want to be. You see, for me I've casually talked about being fat and wanting to lose weight..but it wasn't until very recently the reality hit me. In my case, where I need to lose like HALF of me, obviously some really drastic changes have to take place. I'd been telling myself my habits were pretty good, but Obviously they aren't, if I'm twice as big as I ought to be. I'm amazed at proper portions, they're miniscule compared to what I told myself was an OK amount to eat. You'll feel deprived for a few meals, but once you stop overloading your belly with too much food, it won't be long before your energy will rise and you'll start feeling better. It's worth it, and the important thing is to really sell that to yourself.
