Uh oh. Are you sure you're ready to change? You know, it may be hard.. but if you're not ready for whatever reason you'll be better off just eating what you feel is satisfying. What you do to your body by going from diet to off-diet is really detrimental to both your health and your mental well-being. I'm not sure why you strayed from your diet, but I'll share something I've written in my little fatbook of knowledge: "Don't use your body as a battleground for working out problems." Good luck, hope you're able to make the change. It's taken me years to get ready.
