Mmmm..Outback. Yum. I looked on the website and they have "nutritional information", but it's only recommendations of what to have, not a breakdown of calories/fat etc. But that might give you a start. Maybe you could call ahead of time and ask for some ideas too, that way you aren't asking in front of everyone at the dinner. Good luck!

Outback offers several "good for you" dishes. And they have several side dishes to choose from that will be good....baked sweet potato, a plain baked potato, veggies, etc. What they offer also depends on your location but here are some good ideas from the menu where I live:

-Chicken on the Barbie (grilled chicken w/ veggies)
-Outback Griller (they offer Chicken, Shrimp, or Steak w/ veggies...the chicken or shrimp would be a good idea)
-North Atlantic Salmon with fresh steamed veggies
-Royal Port Fresh Catch topped with a tasty blend of crawfish, shrimp and mushrooms. Served with fresh steamed veggies
-Botany Bay Fish O’ The Day Fresh catch, lightly seasoned and grilled, with fresh steamed veggies

Those are several good ideas. Or if you are craving steak, go well w/ your eating on Saturday and keep the calories low so you can have a small steak (splurge) and get back on the diet on Sunday!

Good luck!
