Rely, these are great questions. I need to come back in a few days to answer them. Right now I'm a little snowed under with my college girl moving back home after graduation. Lots of household organization going on here.
The great news is that my daughter is a very healthy eater, so with her in the house, we'll all start eating better.
She's the one on the right in the photo. The other two daughters live in their own apartments here in the same city.
Hi everyone! I'm following the Bob Greene "Total Body Makeover" plan. It's great!!
1.) What have you accomplished thus far, what are you proud of in your efforts to be healthier? I'm only 2 days in, but I've exercised and eaten a lot less 2 days in a row! I also went to Pizza Hut today, and had the SALAD BAR ONLY!!!
2.) What can we do here to help us all stay on track and stay motivated? Having buddies to share my struggles with and help with theirs is really keeping me motivated.
3.) What's your biggest downfall and what are the ways you are going to combat it? I would say my biggest downfall is "Fazoli's" breaksticks and baked speghetti. I will combat it by eating there and ordering a salad instead. It's not going to be easy, but I am going to do it!!
Good Luck to everyone in 06. I would love a buddy thats close to me in weight and goals, if anyone is intrested. I'm 27, mommy of 3, and i go to the gym 2x a week. (i'm particuly proud of that fact). my dr started me on Adipex, and I'd like to know about if any of you have tried it. My down fall is my eating habits. I'm not to bad about junk food, but i skip meals, than sometimes over eat, deprive myself, than binge, its a bad cycle that i need to work on. I'd also like to find more time in my busy schedule to commit to working out, but ifigure if i make small changes one at a time it will be easier to stick to!

First of all, let me say I'm going to be using my old username--crabbygirl--so I can have my weightloss tracker only on the the weight loss boards.
Marcy, your Ben and my Andrew have the same birhday! How cool is that!
