Well, I also haven't visited here for awhile. I am still trying hard to lose weight. But, not as hard as I probably could. I have had a lot of stressful things going on in my life the past week, I'm suprised that I'm not chowing down. So that is something to be proud of myself about. I go up and down on the scale though. I think I have so far lost around 10 pounds but I went by what the scale said today. I am going to start walking tomorrow for about a half hour, probably 5 days a week. That should help, since I haven't really be exercising at all. Just because it hurts! I figure I better start out with walking because I need to start out slow. Well, good luck to all of us. I will probably pop on here once in awhile for support!!!!!

Hi Tami!! Every day we don't gain anything is a victory and actually losing is even better! Good luck on your walking! I know when I lost weight before I started with a challenge to just do 15 minutes a day of solid exercise, which was often walking. I was able to work my way up to being much more active and it sure made me feel better. Start slow and work your way up gradually. I think sometimes people set there goals too high at first and get discouraged so they won't continue.
