Sore but happy!

Good morning!
Here I am to share and try and keep my focus!! Focus gets harder as I get older.
I work 12 hour shifts at nights on the weekends. Saturday morning I stayed up and went to the gym for pilates, which was cancelled because the room was being used for somthing else so we all bundled up and walked outside instead. I paired up with our instructer and we had a wonderful chat about my getting back onto my healthy weight loss plan. Then we went and did aqua aerobics. I then came home and slept for a baby for about 6 hours got up, ate and went to work! My legs are still sore but I'm happy. I am feeling pretty peppy. Starting SBD today. Once I get through the first two weeks of that I know I'll be able to keep going as long as I can do the first two weeks right! I was tempted to stop on the way to work for the last donut but I resisted the temptation..realizing I didn't really want the donut! I am looking forward to going back to the gym. Will probably take the family swimming tonight and then head for some classes on Tuesday.
