I lost 5 lbs at Wk 1 at Curves...............

What I did differently..

1) Drank 4 - 500 ml of water every day, regardless.
2) Exercised at Curves doing circuit training 3x a week for 30 minutes
3) Add more vegetables, keep protein lean, no eating after my healthly but satisfying dinner.

Who knew!!!

I knew something was up yesterday I fit into a brand new pair of jeans I brought back in Nov and I was deciding to take back because I had the tags on them still!!!

I am so happy.

Praise God.....I can do all things through He who strengthens me!!

Wooo! Wooo!

WTG! Makes me want to go and sign up...I have such a hard time exercising. I have just got to make myself exercise...tonight I stretched with my son....I guess I will take baby steps and stretch each night for a few weeks. Make a habit of it..

Congratulations on the 5 lbs lost. You seem to be having a good system there. Keep going girl and let's see more weight loss. You're such a motivator.

Now let me take your lead...

Water.. check
veggies, lean protein, no eating after dinner... double check

What could be missing??? What could be missing?? ahhh the exercise!! If I could only drag my ample behind and get going, maybe I could just get off that plateau and start losing again.
