on the way home from church a friend and I stopped by KFC. It was Hot Wings night, so I bought 18. Hubby had 10 (cause they gave us 19) and I had 9. Yikes... all in all 2037 calories yesterday. I think I have to regroup today. Just thought I'd let you know, cause I have to be accountable to someone, or I won't stick to it. Now you can jump all over me and scold me, so I won't do that again. But they were like soooo good. Real spicy and crunchy. :)

It's not the end of the world. And you made a smart choice. I would have eaten 9 biscuits :) with HONEY!. MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm Yummy!

hehe, I probably would have too, but they don't sell biscuits at KFC in Germany anymore. They stopped that about 10 years ago.

And speaking of fast food.. I ordered out 4 days last week.. and they were all really bad choices... I weigh in tomorrow and I know it won't look good...

well I thought I would report it too... to got it off my system or something.. I "hope" I'm getting back on track (yeah right, with cake for breakfast today)... sigh

LOL, it is good to know I am not the only one. Yesterday was a bad day for me too. However, today I have to be careful to eat enough. So far I have 1250 cal written down (for the whole day). I don't know if that is not enough, just right or too much (which I doubt). But I figure if my base motabolism is 1500 cal, 1250 should be borderline enough.

Cake for breakfast... I do that too. Here is something... My church has called a 3-day fast. I'm not going to ruin my motabolism by not eating at all, and so I will fast junk-food/potato chips/Pretzles, sweets/sugar and coffein. Hopefully after 3-days I won't even start again.

My church just finished a 2 day fast on the 19th. I didn't participate though.. I am really bad at fasting. But it wasn't a total starvation thing. It was going vegan.

Tell you what? It's 1.20 pm here and I'm at work. I'll go for a 15 minute walk now and we'll call it even with the morning cake. And maybe we can continue the day perfect together.. what do you think?

I'm back.. I did it!! I took a 25 minutes walk.. go me!!! Who knows.. I may develop a habit out of this.

good for you. Go Mary, go Mary :). It is so cold here, I'm trying to stay warm inside. I think we are getting the freezing temperatures from Russia. Anyway, come spring I plan on walking home more often... or maybe we could take a walk together everyday. You tell me when you go and I just pack up and go to, IF I can. My problem is that a lot of times my boss is here for lunch and works, which means I have to work too.

I don't have a lunch break, I just sneak out LOL.. but it's easy not to be missed cuz everybody is on the go most of the time.. unannounced short meetings (less than an hour)are very common, and it's very hard to see people sitting on their desk all day..

It's a great idea to talk a walk together. I'll tell you when I'm ready to go and if the weather is OK, then maybe you can join me..

yeah... let's do it... I think it will be fun. We have a nice park here on campus with a lake in the middle, I could walk around. That would be neat.
