Hi all! Just wanted to officially put myself here. I am a 26 yr. old mother of two, and I'm optimistic that this year will be the year that I meet my goal and lose the weight - once and for all! I started my new lifestyle on Jan. 9th and, as of Jan. 15th, I had lost 5 lbs. already! I have done good this week, so I'm sure I've managed to lose more this week...won't know 'til Sunday.

Any-hoo, my starting weight was 273.5. Now I'm at 268.5. My goal is to get to 165 lbs. by next January. My exercise routine consist of walking 1 mile on a treadmill at 3MPH, boxing and stomach crunches every day. I'm hoping to be able to start doing my Denise Austin Pilates workout soon (it's an awesome workout and really helps melt the fat away fast!).

Congratulations on the 5 lbs already lost. keep going girl.. by the way I'm a 26 yo mother of 1. Welcome aboard!!
