OMG!!! I am so there! I have been an eating machine! I am so scared to wiegh myself. I think i get like this during PMS. I ate almost a whole bag of chettos today! I know what you are going thru. Do you ever wonder if skinny people go thru the same? I guess that is why they are skinny. How do we get over this and do what the skinny people do? hangin there we just have to take it day by day. Tomorrow is another day for us and a new start. We can'r kick ourselves becuse if we do we keep we will keep doing it and making it worse. take care and hang in there!

Hang in there! Remember, every day is a clean slate and another chance to be healthy. I know you can do it! Everyone is going to fall off the horse now and then, but we have to realize that no one is perfect all the time. Next day, just start again. In the past anytime I blew it, I would just throw my hands up in disgust and say, "Why bother?" This time, I decided that even if I didn't lose any weight at all, I was making these changes for my health and so far it has worked. I am eating much healthier, but still enjoy some occasional sweets. I take a meal off now and then, but still try not to go crazy. It's been enough to keep me from going over the edge this time around. Just take it one step at a time and you'll be right back on track. Good luck!

I think it's something in the air!! I've been eating like crazy all last week. Take outs, cakes, chocolate, you name it! It's like I start eating and can't stop myself. I did get back on track starting yesterday when I left work for a short walk. For me, the walk was like an end to the big binge session. And I've been on track since then.

Don't beat yourself up. For us, this is a long journey and we're bound to fall off track once in a while. The important thing is getting back on and never giving up. You're already on your way and starting to lose weight(congrats by the way) and you don't want to see the weight creeping up again. Are you craving something in particular? Or do you have a favorite food? If you do, set up a nice place (w/flowers and all), enjoy it to the last bite, and get it over with. Get back on track afterwards.
