Hey everyone this is the 1st time I've been able to really sit down at the computer and get some time to write.I have been doing my salad for lunch or a bowl of soup with a few crackers since Monday,and now I'm kinda burned out on that so I'll change over to a lean cuisine or wieght watcher tv dinner for the next few days.Thats the only way I can stay on this diet is keep myself flexible on my menu plan,cause if I tried to eat the same thing all the time I know I'd surely come off it.Suppertime I try to eat a sensible Meat and veggie's if possible.Cause when your married your husband is not gonna eat diet stuff all the time unless he's on the diet too.I do keep one pack of sweet cakes in the pantry for my husband,but I've sworn I would not even as much look at them if possible.I have lost about 2 pds since last week,and i'm happy for that.I have found my old Rhichard Simmons 20 min workout tape that you use with pulling ropes and tonite I'm gonna start on it.I did it several years ago for about 1 week and I was so stiff I could hardly move,but for the life of me I'm gonna try to keep it up.I have several exercise tapes and not used a one of them,mostly there beginers tapes so I'm in business.I really need to walk,but I don't have a walker and the weather here is crummy so you have to do what you can.Wish me luck.Maybe my husband will break down and buy me a walker for valentines day no candy.
