Hi,
Just thought I'd post my recent progress. I started my healthy eating Jan12th, I'm down 14lbs today!!! I am so pleased with the results. My hard work and determination are really paying off.
Hey Mary, I am STILL walking, everyday too!, It is sometimes frezzing, especially this am, but I am really serious about changing my life around. The walking is great for just de-stressing.
I go right after my daughters bus leaves, which is at 7:10 am, I am out the door, and back just before 8am. This is really working for me, I have the rest of the day ALL to myself, to do whatever I want.
I just hope I can keep up the desire to go. I really want this to be a way of life.
I started out last week only able to do 15 min, now I can walk for 30-35min, sure I am sore, mostly just my feet, but it seems to be tolerable.
Hope this helps anyone else thinking of walking again, I know I had wanted to include walking in my life change before, but always came up with excuses, not anymore!!!

Congratulations Holly!! 14 lbs in 3 weeks.. looks like you've been working really hard.
Still walking everyday? And in the cold weather too? I don't walk outside if it drops below 60 LOL. But you're inspiring me girl. I was planning to take the car to the doctor's office, but I'll walk instead. And if I can't, I'll cycle tonight.
