I came across this article about how people pack pounds once they fall in love because relationships are focused around food. The article also suggests ways to overcome this.

What do you think? Is it true? Do you have any suggestions of your own?

I dunno, I can say I believe it may be true due to when you have them you don't worry as much about your appearance maybe. I gained some of my weight before dh but it was mostly muscle at the time. Afterward though, I got pg and quickly gained on up there above 200 lbs within a year. He has really packed on some lbs too. He was SO THIN when we met, now not so much. LOL so maybe it is true.

I could believe it. It's more of a comfort thing though. I was loosing weight before my boyfriend and I moved in together, and since have gained almost 30 lbs. It's depressing, but I think that it could be true. I know that I'm not worried about my looks as much as I was before. But I would like to loose the weight.
