Tuesday's Mini-Assignment
Take the stairs instead of the elevator. If it's too difficult, get out of the elevator a couple of flights early and take the stairs the rest of the way.
If there is no elevator, invest in a couple of minutes of physical activity (ex. clean the floor, dance, etc)

Hi Merry! Wow your email was perfect timing.
Yesterday, was my off day from Curves and someone suggested that I slow jog/walk up the stairs in the sanctuary at lunch today so I did.
I did a 5 min warm up - slow walk
20 minutes combination of brisk walk with arms pumping & climbing up 2 sets of stairs
followed by 10 minutes cool down and stretch, then I did 5 sit ups using the pew as my workout buddy!
I had the extra blessing of doing all this to Judy Jacobs's cd which made it even more inspiring!!
I am getting stronger every day.
