Friday's breakfast for me will be the same one I have been eating for the past 5.5 weeks. Oatmeal, with 1/2 tsp of chopped dates, 1/2 tsp chopped walnuts. This really fills me up and keeps me fueled for the entire morning.
Well, for me it's probably going to be an orange, a cup of 1% milk, and a hard boiled egg. Then, a couple hours later I'll probably either have a veggie burger or a turkey roll up w/ avocado.
