it's my own fault.. i haven't had to work since last sunday so i have been at home 4 days in a row.. and i have a hard time not eating when i'm at home, i am constantly looking for something to munch on... even though i have 2 babies too take care of, house work to do etc...
i am so glad to be at work, cause when i am at work, i pack my snacks and dinner and i don't carry any cash with me so i can't buy any junk food from the vending machines...

Hi there. Please try and not let the 4 lbs you gained keep me down my dear.
It is so easy to fall off the wagon as we all know and none of us are immune to it.
Just dust yourself off and get back on the wagon.
I am reaching out my hand.........
Are you on yet?
Hugs

Just a suggestion... you say that when you work, you don't bring money and pack your food, etc.

The funny thing is the only junk food/candy is in the house is suckers (the little dum dums).. and DH has some chips (nacho cheese doritos) yuck..( i personally think they smell like dirty feet, so i can't eat them)

my problem is the regular foods.. meat/potatoes/mac & cheese etc.
i just have a hard time controlling my portions when i'm at home.... and i'm constantly going over to the fridge and looking inside...

one of my co-workers suggested making sugar free jello jigglers and snacking on that when i get the urge.. so i'm gonna try that next time i'm at home...
