My goals this week......

My goals this week is to try to not overdo it and relapse first and foremost, and second is not to gain any weight whether I lose or not. It is finals week for me, and due to be sick the whole time I was taking these classes, I am barely passing so stress city for me for the rest of the week. WIsh me luck.

I totally feel you on the stress issue! I have midterms this week, and the previous week so I have just been crazy. I too am doing my best not to put on any of the weight I just lost (2.1 pounds since friday, yeah!), but it is hard trying to eat healthy while trying to study, work, and attempting to exercize everyday! Good luck with your finals, I am sure you will do great. I don't know what stuff you crave while stressed, but I was able to make a really great ice cream sundae with low calories and fat, that def. satisfied my stressed sweet tooth. Just be creative this week and plan ahead, it really helped me last week. Good luck!

Angela & Mutam, good luck on your maintenance goals. And best of luck on those exams, I'm crossing my fingers for both of you (and sooo glad that I'm studying anymore LOL)

I crave salt, so usually the saltest fries or pretzels I can get my hands on. Not good for the water weight issue but I can survive as long as I know it is just water weight. I will drink plenty of water the day before my weigh in to make sure...LOL.
