I really need to start an exercise program..
I just have no idea what I would like to do.
I did walking and running in place today..
( raining out )
What is everyone's exercise of choice..
BTW.. I would love to join curves but we do not have one near us...
Does anyone out there use the Gazelle?

Hello there and welcome to the board. I am also exercise challenged and am struggling to stick to an exercise program.
Because I am still starting out, I do cardio 3x a week. I either walk (sneak out from work), or use my stationary bike. The choice depends on the day (weather, if my son's sleeping,etc). I am trying to work up to 30 minutes per session, but sometimes it is only 15-20 minutes. But I applaud myself for any effort I make because I am trying to establish a habit first.
I will also like to own some exercise videos, but I will wait until I establish my 3x a week first.
Walking is the GREATEST. If you can't get outside I'd recommend Leslie Sansone.
