Hi I am new. I have been trying to excerise for several months now, but I'm not consistent. I am a college student with 2 jobs. One job is a graveyard job and I get anywhere from 32 to 40 hours. Fortunatly the other job is flexable and I can go when I have time. I have been over weight my whole life, and I finally decided to do something about it. I have lost 16 pounds so far (I started in October). I am married, but don't have any kids. My hubby is supportive, although he is a string bean.

WELCOME..
I am new here also!
I have been married for 18 years with 3 kids.
I have been over weight all my life.
However for the last 15 years my weight has been out of control.
Some years back I lost a little over 100 lbs.
You name it I did it to lose weight.
( All the wrong ways)
Now 11 years later almost all the weight I lost is back.

Its great you have already started to exercise.
That is the area I am struggling in.

I think I am going to buy the gazelle.
I need something I can use indoors.

Hope to see you around the boards ..

Hi I am new here too.

I live in Western Pennsylvania. I live with my fiance and we are getting married in October. I started doing Weight Watcher which has helped me in the past and talking the dog for walks to the post office about 1/2 mile away.

I too have struggled with my weight since puberty but now I am at my highest weight ever and want to look good for my wedding. I already have my dress but I already spoke with my seamstress and she told me that I could lose up to three sizes and the dress could be altered. If I lose more than that the shop I got it from will order me my new size and simply exchange my dress.

Congratulations on the 16 pounds!! You're off to a great start. And it is great that you're trying to exercise. It seems that a lot of us here are struggling with this right now.

Welcome to the board. I'm looking forward to knowing you better.
