I have been trying to figure out if I should during the night while I am at work. Most of the time I am not hungry, but I drink water. I'm not sure if it would be better for my metabolism to eat during the night while I am at work instead of eating my alotted calories during the day when I am awake.
Any thoughts?

I used to work rotating shifts in the summer during college. I found that it was easiest for me to try and spread my calories out so that I didn't crash. I would eat my biggest meal in the evening before going to work, but I would also eat lightly during the shift. I would avoid the urge to eat a big meal after work before I went to bed. Anyway, that's what worked for me. Hope this helps.

Good question.. I would say eat something every once in a while, but that's just an uneducated guess. Why don't you try asking Lynn Greiger

Sometimes I work midnight to 8 am. So, I stretch my food out to last those waking hours so I don't slow my metabolism.
