My focus this week and next is to try and determine if I need more calories. Before I was feeling great, energetic and light on my feet. Now I'm feeling tired and hungry. On the days that I don't exercise, the weight drops, but when I do, it doesn't. This is a hormonal week for me anyway and I could eat my arm, so I'll play with it a couple weeks and see if I can't find a level that makes me feel a little more energetic these days. Could this be a sign that I've actually boosted my metabolism with my new healthier lifestyle and can handle more calories?
My focus is drinking enough water. I did really well 3 days of the week last week. But I want to do well every single day. Can anyone tell me what is a good amount of water to be drinking daily? I have been trying to do the 8 8oz glasses of water a day. I have no idea if that is an outdated idea or not. But I have to say on the days that I do drink that much I feel a heck of a lot better. My hair is actually starting to look good again too! Here is another question. On the days that I drink more water my appetite sky rockets! It's not that I am hungry more often. Actually I don't graze like I used to. I feel full and then all of a sudden my stomach growls and if I don't eat soon my stomach might turn inside out! LOL But it has totally changed the way I eat and what it is I want when I am hungry.
I'll focus on not drinking any regular soda's

I bet you're building muscles while you're exercising. Girl, you really should take some measurements.
But I agree with you, you shouldn't be feeling sluggish and hungry. Do eat a bit more but remember to concentrate on healthier alternatives.
This week I'll focus on learning the WW points lifestyle, and being prepared. Half the battle, right?
