Anybody interested in joining a fitness challenge on the board? I was thinking of a March fitness challenge to give us a boost before summer.
If you are still trying to get on track with an exercise program, then maybe we can give you a boost and offer accountability. If you've already established a program, why don't you set a more challenging goal and try to achieve it. But remember, try to make things realistic so you don't abandon your goal and feel frustrated.

I would love to be part of a fitness challenge.
My goal for March:
Curves 3x a week with either a workout tape or a walk outdoors on my off days
3x for March to go roller skating with my family

Chrissy, 140lbs to goal...my fitness goal for now would just be to do my walk away the pounds video.

My goal for March
2-3 times a week at Curves
3 times a week walking

Excersize 30 min. on gazelle (or something similar like take a walk) 3x a week and 30 min. of strength training 3x a week.
I just joined a gym ( AGAIN)..
My goal is at least 4 days a week..
Right now I exercise 30 minutes ...
I would like to work up to 45 minutes..

New to the board.
My goal will be to get exercise every day.
Also...cut back on calories a little at a time untill I am eating what I should be eating. 1500 calories by the end of the month.

I think my goal for March would be to get 30 minutes of walking done 3x a week...
