Anybody interested in joining a fitness challenge on the board? I was thinking of a March fitness challenge to give us a boost before summer.


If you are still trying to get on track with an exercise program, then maybe we can give you a boost and offer accountability. If you've already established a program, why don't you set a more challenging goal and try to achieve it. But remember, try to make things realistic so you don't abandon your goal and feel frustrated.

My plan is to walk at least one mile a day. Try to do some kind of exercise video everyday also. I lost 102 pounds after I had my son in 2004. I then got pregnant again in March of 05 and gained almost half of it back. I need to get serious and lose some weight again. I have about 50 to go, I want to get to 150, when I got pregnant last year I was 170.

Yeah, I've been off the wagon for almost two months now. I think I needed the world's biggest break from dieting. It's just too big a goal to lose so much weight, you know? BUT I'll begin again tomorrow. :)

Hi everyone! This is a wonderful idea. I know I'm later then everyone else LOL. I just haven't been on this board for awhile. Here are my goals for March:


1- Make it to 3 miles per day, 6x's a week.


2- Completely cut out soda, and other sugary drinks.


I keep bouncing around on the scale. I don't know if its because I'm eating to much or what, but, that's okay. I'm not really concentrating on pounds. Just building up endurance. Losing the pounds right now, is just a bonus.


Well, this will be fun. Hope to see everyone around!
