5 days until the fitness challenge start

Today, write the following contract, print it out and sign it:


"I ..... Herby commit myself to doing the best I can during the four weeks of the challenge. My goal is .....(enter your goal here)........... I understand that there will be days where I want to quit, but I am challenging myself to stick to this for the whole 4 weeks. I will push myself hard to achieve my goal. I can do this!!"

I understand that there will be days where I want to quit, but I am challenging myself to stick to this for the whole 4 weeks. I will push myself hard to achieve my goal. I can do this!!"
